Presentation Description:  Each home is equipped with furnishings for our comfort. These simple or extravagant pieces can be of Value in our home
practice. I hope to surprise you with ideas on how to fit Yoga into your practice, both at home or in the Yoga classroom. If you own a Yoga Block and or a wool blanket please bring it.

Presenter Biography:  Roger is a retired truck driver, and currently a Ranger/Starter at Crooked Tree Golf Course in Mason. He's best known to CYTA members as founding and frequent President of the Board and is currently Co-Chair.  Roger has also recently co-authored a book, Yoga and the 21st Century Man, Fitting Yoga Into A Busy Man's Life, to share what he's learned over 35+ years of teaching Yoga with a larger group of students than he currently teaches in his 3 classes each week at the Lakota YMCA and Evendale Community Center.  Roger lives with his wife Millie, a portrait artist, in West Chester.  His first props included pallets and freight when he practiced Yoga on his lunch break while driving trucks. He is practical and creative in helping others feel great in body, mind, and spirit with Yoga, utilizing common, practical objects to help each person find the best benefits in their Yoga practice, no matter what age, or body style.
